Unit Studies

Unit Studies are a great way to teach all the subject areas (except math) while learning about something the whole family is interested in.

Does your family love baseball? Learn about history as you study the history of baseball, science as you study the science of baseball and language as you read and write about baseball.

Would your family like to learn to garden? Combine growing a garden with learning about plants and insects. Get more detailed and just study ants or bees. The projects, resources and learning possibilities are endless.

The books we sell are a great jumping off place. Read one (or all of them) and get ideas on how to actually make your unit study work. After trying one or two on your own, you will be able to adjust the ideas given to meet your family's needs.
