Word Building Reading Rods
Word Building is the set of Reading Rods I was first introduced to. They will help your child learn the blends while he builds words.
They fit right in with the Learning Language Arts Through Literature Blue Book. We have also used them in the games and activities section of Spelling Power.
The rods can be used alone or with the cards or activity book listed below. If you would like your rods in an attractive, compact, take-along, check out the Phonics Activity Set at the bottom of this page.
