My State

Evan-Moor has come up with an easy way to study about your (or any) state in the US. You can use the entire book or just pick and choose the activities you would like. There are Nonfiction as well as Fiction book lists and a Computer Software list to help you expand your study. The back of the book has activities you can use to "finalize" your study. You might want to create a game about your state or make a time capsule. These are just two of the suggestions. You can also end with a report (oral or written) that you share with others.
