I love to hear the stories
That Jesus taught His friends.
His stories help me understand
how He wants me to live.

A woman lost her coin.
A shepherd lost his sheep.
A father's son ran off from home.
Their sorrow made them weep.

The woman found her coin.
The shepherd found his sheep.
The father's son returned at last.
Their joy was great to see.

When someone turns from Jesus,
It makes Him very sad.
When he turns back to Jesus,
It makes him very glad.
