We enjoy doing business with you and we are happy to take purchase orders. If you are unsure whether want a product, I suggest that you order one and take a look at it before placing a big order. We cannot accept returns on large orders. Please add 10% shipping to your order or $5 whichever is greater. Our fax number is: 877-715-1701 Refund Policy We have a 30 day refund policy. The items must be in resellable condition. Don't send it back if you wouldn't want it sent to you. If sending the item back causes your order to drop below $100, we will deduct $5.00 from the refund to pay for shipping. We ask that you call before you send something back so we know it is coming. We will use our judgement on whether to give you a full refund once we receive the return. We cannot accept returns on CDs, cassettes and videos.
